Adam Wallace Hopkins

August 27, 1981 ~ July 5, 2026

Adam Hopkins, 44, of Oxford, Mississippi, died at home on July 5, 2026, after a long struggle with Multiple Sclerosis. Innichement will be at St. Peter’s Columbarium at a later time. Waller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Born on August 27, 1981, in Oxford, Mississippi, Adam was the son of Glenn and Carol Hopkins.

He is survived by his parents; his brother, Jason Hopkins, Jason’s wife, Lauren, of Dallas, Texas; and his beloved nephew and niece, Jack and Nora, who brought him great joy.

Adam had a lively sense of humor and was a devoted son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend. He was an exceptionally bright and curious man whose interests included science, technology, history, art, and music. Even after Multiple Sclerosis left him bedridden for many years, he never lost his love of learning or his thoughtful interest in the world around him.

A private family service will be held.
